  Maryke celebrated her 50th Birthday at Grootbos Nature Reserve in absolute elegance on 10th May.  Her choice was a French Affair with lots of candles, crisp and white decor.   The Fireman’s ball was the prelude to their day of demonstrations, a very impressive Motorcade and team challenges to celebrate International Firefighters Day on 3 May 2014.  This function was paid for by sponsors, so we were restricted to a tight budget, and had to make use of the donated flowers.
